Poster Presentation Includes:

• Includes all mentioned registration features
• E-posters will be displayed on the virtual platform for attendees to view throughout the conference
• Presenters are requested to submit their e-poster (PDF format) in advance as per the submission guidelines
• Best Poster awards will be announced during the virtual closing ceremony of the conference

Delegate Registration Includes :

• Access to all Scientific Sessions, Poster sessions, Exhibitions
• Access to live virtual networking and Q&A sessions during the conference days
• Certificate Accreditation from the Organizing Committee
• Delegates are not allowed to present their papers in Oral or Poster sessions.

Cancellation Policy :

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the info@irisscientificgroup.com

• Up to 90 days prior to arrival - Full refund less $ 100 handling fee
• Up to 60 days prior to arrival - 70% refund less $ 100 handling fee
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival - No refund (but applicable to the upcoming event).
• The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time.
• Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference
• Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is cancelled/postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or terrorism, strikes or hostilities.

Accommodation:

As CardioSummit 2026 is a fully virtual event, no hotel accommodation is required. All sessions and networking activities will be accessible online.

Conference Attendee Terms & Conditions:

• Iris Scientific Group reserves the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings at any time and for whatever reason, the conference is being postponed, cancel or the dates being changed, In any case, the organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenditure incurred by the delegate such as accommodations, flights, transportation costs, or financial losses.
• The organization will provide you with notice of the same (postpone or cancellation) and will offer you the choice of either a credit for a future event of your choice.
• Organization can use and disclose your name, affiliation and image in any materials, including conference website, promotional material in connection with the Conference or future conferences, without any compensation to you.
• For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be captured during the conference. Delegates/speakers who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should inform the organizers in writing prior to the event.
